
The Batch Appeal
As you may be aware Ashfield Land and Redrow Homes have launched an appeal against South Gloucestershire Council's decision to refuse outline planning application P23/01330/O to build 140 houses on The Batch and to demolish a home in Hencliffe Way for access. We urge local residents and members of the public to submit representations (comments) on the Planning Inspectorate portal before the deadline of 10th March 2025. Please find instructions below.
How to make a Representation
1. Open the Planning Inpectorate portal where you will find the following page.
Next, click on the Make Representation button where shown.

2. On the next page, please check the details then click the Save and Continue button.

3. On the following page, please complete your personal details and click the Save and Continue button.

4. Next, select "No" if you're acting as an individual then add your comments directly, or add a document containing your representation. Then click Save and Continue.
